maintenance has been done on a regular basis before paying out warranty claims for equipment failure.
If no maintenance has been documented they can and will deny warranty coverage.
Air Factor Cooling & Heating's
agreements includes two yearly maintenance 'Tune-Ups', one for the cooling and one for the heating season, as
well as a 10% discount on parts and labor. You will also receive priority service should a break down
occur.

Planned Maintenance: Two visits each year. The Spring visit focuses on your system's cooling
capabilities. The Fall visit will revolve around the heating side of your system. Each time our technician will go
through at least 28 different checkpoints to ensure nothing is missed.
FREE New System Credit: 100% of your plan's annual cost may be applied to a new cooling and heating
system! Plus, we will include the first year maintenance on your new equipment.
Discounted Parts &
Labor: During the terms of this agreement, parts and labor will be discounted 10% for Club
Members.
Never an Overtime
Charge: You will never have to pay overtime for emergency service.
Accessory
Coverage
Accessories must be attached to a system already covered by a
Maintenance Agreement plan at the time of purchase. Accessories will be checked for proper operation only
under this agreement. Cleaning and repairs will be at additional costs.
Planned Maintenance: Two visits each

Service
1st Pound of Refrigerant: If your system needs
refrigerant for any reason we will add the first pound of refrigerant to your system at no charge. (first pound of
refrigerant only on a per year basis)
Condensate Flush: We
will flush your condensate drain line during your spring maintenance to help prevent water damage cause by a
condensate leak. (does not guarantee the drain line will not clog again at a future time)
Thermostat Batteries: We
will replace the batteries in your thermostat during your fall maintenance
visit. (some thermostats don't use
batteries)
